All the screen shots on here are just so much clutter. I think they're used to bury useful information posted earlier. You want a screen shot of a 7-page document? Not that anyone would read it, before disagreeing with it. But here's a link, see pages 22-28. It was also filed directly with BLM, if you want to visit the Kingman office.
