• The Biden administration released a blueprint for jumpstarting domestic lithium production and refining as well as battery manufacturing, and set a national EV sales goal of 50% by 2030.
• Tesla has publicly said it will prioritise North American lithium supply when looking for offtake deals.
• AZL- location, reserves, mine life, low cost, funded. A couple of hurdles, but Arizona Govt wouldnt issue a grant if they knew the chance of BLM approval wasn't confirmed.
