the LAC decision was expected as is any native / environmental group that tried stopping any lithium mine. no explorer is mining on Native land but if they had it their way which they don't and never will, they won't ever allow a lithium mine to proceed. I was chatting to one of them last week and she was telling me the world is populated with too many cars and people need to catch public transport and that ppl should not be allowed to own cars (this was a native in Arizona). im a firm believer of everyone believing what they want but don't impose your beliefs on others. Natives know they don't have any legal claim. Case dismissed. All I said to her was you have to be realistic, cars are a necessity as is lithium but she doesn't agree. Good luck to her but these projects will proceed and they will continue living in their fantasy land
