Yeah that's right, there's nothing about Indian law in the constitution, and with the Gov push for independence from China in relation to minerals, their own agenda will be thrown in the trash just like we have seen at Thacker Pass.
Im loving the change in your sentiment, agreeing that Hualapi won't win, and agreeing this mine will go ahead, granted there may be some legal challenges put forward, but yes, this project will still go ahead.
