This is now precedent for the Hualapai. If they sue BLM, the federal agency will have to stop approval of drilling permits and meet with opponents. Process will be slowed for a year. Well, OK, so let’s call it precedent for applications started during the Trump administration now that the Biden administration owes its existence to the Native American vote.
