Doesn't change the fact that after a disappointing year they are willing to increase the pay of people for your case involved in the company by a margin of 100%. that's ridiculous given our year. whatever the case is I know I'm not the only one opposing this so lets see what happens in the AGM. GLTASH

Ok what does this mean? It the total amount of fee payable to the non-executive Directors.

What are a non-executive Directors? They are board member who isn't a company employee, which means they don't engage in the day-to-day management of the organization. Not Paul or Matthew.

So, who are AZL non-executive Directors? At moments it only Barnaby Egerton-Warburton.

So, why increase the amount? It simple, to expand the board with additional non-executive Directors in the future.

This is not extra money for Paul, so get the facts correct before making a fool of yourself.
