What I see is that we are in a state of FLUX, Governments are talking up the need for independent supply for critical minerals and processing of Battery Metals such as Lithium, But the regulators just aren't in step...to make it simple one hand doesn't know what the other is doing, its not just AZL but the whole sector seems to be marking time.
Hopefully we are going to have some break throughs and get things moving.....
