The false accusations and lies here would be amusing if they didn't take up my time posting a response. A director of another company, whose largest shareholder lives in China, runs several businesses from a high-rise condo in Phoenix. That company has announced it is relocating to Arizona but uses a private mail drop as its only address. I happen to know other residents of that building, have visited them and attended parties there. I posted that to gain access, you have to sign in with a doorman, who calls upstairs to get approval, before activating an elevator. This information would be irrelevant if not included with my analysis that the company, which is not eligible for a Nasdaq listing but claims to be pursuing one anyway, is being run from laptops on kitchen tables.
