AZL rallied after 1st January 2022. Looks like the same will happen this year. I'm looking forward to an update from NTEC. Fingers crossed we get one soon.
In the meantime, kick back and enjoy the holidays... Tis the season! Money comes and goes but time with your loved ones can not be replaced. Don't be fixated on daily movements as some posters are, all these pips will account for nothing once permit approvals are in.
Build it and they will come!
