The bigger question is - why don’t the board just replace the MD? Twenty odd years with no major success is a horrific statistic.

It actually makes his effort discovering Cosmos back in 1998 (and whilst not working for Azure) seem like blind luck.

Surely there is much better out there!

Shareholders should not agree to his ridiculous salary either considering his failings of the past.

If he goes, I’m confident this company will have a brighter future. I may then even choose to hang around past what I assume to be the biggest pump in Azure’s history, which comes next..

This Lithium play is surely his last act. I wish him the best.
