No that's not how I think of TA at all.
What I cannot tolerate is downramping or up ramping to help move the trade.
Particularly to warn off eager but less educated buyers.
It's astonishing how much of it goes on especially here in Australia.
If you look for certainty buy government bonds and stay out of the market full stop.
