I think Canaccord is being conservative. Because there will also be mass conversions of petrol cars to EV necessitating more batteries. This is going to be mandated by governments because the effects of climate change are becoming evident and they are far more extreme than previous modelling predicted. There's nothing like emergencies to drive change.
