IMO, SQM made their play on the information that was in pressers up to the point that they made their bid. The long hits of Li₂O are of course quite fantastic. For sure, AZS kept the later unreleased drill results completely secret from SQM and all investors until publication. I doubt that anyone outside of the board of directors knew about the SQM offer, at least I hope that was the case. In the end, AZS got heaps of money to play with, everyone on the board got to keep their jobs and options, and all is good.
