I was able to replicate similar numbers quite easily...you can get these depending on the cut-off you would like to apply i.e for me it was in the range 0.8 - 1 %. IMO the Target Area 1 estimate is very conservative, the wire frames they used appear to be guided from the Leapfrog volume circa 1 - 1.2%. However the system could easily be extended significantly further in the South to similar depths demonstrated by ANRD0017 (image below 'down plunge extension'). If I were the exploration/resource geo on this project, I would be seeking to drill out this Southern extension area as a priority as quickly as possible to make it into the maiden, I don't believe this upside has been captured within the 'Exploration Target' range. Note the image below is a long section view along the system, section lines hanging in space as shown.
