Actually, it’s a perfectly legitimate question - if you’re going to talk up the prospectivity of the deposit (like so many on this forum do) remember to qualify your statements with a massive disclaimer, such as:
“I have no idea if this project will ever be developed because I lack all knowledge needed to formulate development costs.”
