SQM by current investment to date holds 20% which cost them circa 50 cents per share.
If they lob a take over at $4 per share for the remaining 80%, their combined cost would be about $3.20 per share to take over whole of AZS
That would be very cheap to own an asset the size of Azs for only about $1.5 billion vs LTR now at $6,6 b
