I don't see how anyone other than Creasy decides what is going to happen here, who-ever he aligns with wins Azure he defines the outcome based on who he aligns with. Surely everything that has happened so far is just to get a seat at the table and negotiate with him on what that outcome looks like.

As soon as he converts his JV into shares or sells his JV to someone (does he have the option to do that any time he chooses under the JV terms?), and he aligns with someone with a 2.5% stake or more, that group has control (>50%).

The only thing that all of this current buying does is mean that Creasy doesn't have an outright say in what happens, he has to align with someone. Is that why everyone is buying?
