Appears yesterday's run-up to $4.37 was driven by speculators. MinRes haven't paid over $3.99 for any shares in their most recent disclosure. I expect they'll keep mopping up at this price until they get nearer 19%. IMO it shows how tightly this is held, moving that much on low volumes.
