Mossberg, I don't believe that Tony Rovira's remuneration is the problem. Just why the share price is low I can't answer. But in my opinion Tony Rovira has been responsible for acquiring some excellent projects.
Additionally under Tony's management the development of Mesa de Plata and Loma Bonita was excellent, but that development was interrupted by Teck deciding to return to exploring Alacran. Where that will end up we don't know, but MdP and LB remain as viable projects for mining in the future. Then Tony has also acquired Oposura and Sara Alicia, two excellent projects. Tony is proceeding at a fast pace to bring Oposura to the point of mining. It will be very profitable. Sara Alicia has potential in gold and cobalt, both these commodities are in high demand.
I don't believe that Tony's remuneration is the problem, but supposing you considered it was, then I would be speaking publicly at the AGM, and asking for justification.
Your approach could well impact negatively on the company and as a consequence negatively on the share price.
As I have said before you are entitled to call a meeting if you gather 5% of the shares on issue. But I don't believe it will succeed.
