I understand not everyone agrees with the need for change. It’s not necessary that everyone agree.

Out of curiosity, what is it about the proposed shareholder resolution (assuming you’ve seen the current version?) that you consider ‘naive’?

Or do you think any type of share holder activism is inherently naive and destined to fail? Isn’t that a cynical outlook?

I know you’ve been holding this stock for years and years, Adesso. I hope you make back your losses at some point.
