I am going to stick my neck out here...
For the last few months we have been trapped in a trading range while somebody accumulated ... it is very early to say so but today I think that has changed. That big order in the buy queue and the little bit of window dressing at the auction hints to me the accumulation phase is over and the ramp phase is on....

Rather than clutter the sensible threads with this sort of chatter I started this one... my reason for posting is I believe it will be very instructive to watch the process....
