Contrary to my previous post I’ve decided to sell. Too much risk in becoming a minority shareholder. Share consolidations and illiquid stock increase the risk of a worse outcome. Selling the asset will have some interesting tax and legal considerations I am sure. Money could get tied up for a long period. I’m taking it now and investing in something else.
