I'm holding. I think Ibaera will sell the project for at least double the current implied value. Why take 3.3c when you can tag along and get the same price as Ibaera. Assuming they don't get to 90% of AZM, they will still end up with an economic interest of circa 85 - 95% of the project. They may not even bother to try and mop up with another offer. I think they will finish the DFS and sell or float the project and hopefully by then the price of gold will have resumed its uptrend. If they do want to mop up, then they can afford to pay a much higher price now that they have 74%+ of AZM.
