My understanding was they would pay 10 working days after receiving the completed form - yes by cheque and by mail. If you take into postage at both ends, you might as well add 4-5 days.

I couldn't be bothered waiting, so i just copped the brokerage and sold on the market.

The original bidder's statement was one month (page 15).
