Only one comment "more smoke and mirrors" how could you trust the entire board, gross incompentance of the highest order.
Follow the road that gets rid of DH, hopefully John Tilbrook can find a suitable stand in man for him, i am sure he can?
The broom needs to sweep the entire board out the door.
