the share price is moving up based on relatively small purchases I doubt it's the Germans or any major player.
This stock needs to release great positive cash flows from their mini mining experiment or a good estimate of expected profit for the share price to move.
or pull a rabbit out of a hat with Alacran to obtain decent share price movement north.
