If you are a long term holder the options would have cost you very little as they were a sweetener to a share issue ... Think mine cost me .1 of a cent .... so now happy to convert at 1.1cents...
Don't think the underwriters are going to make a killing .... still good for existing shareholders as more in the coffers for exploration !! (without a new share issue to raise funds)
