What seems to be happening is small buys into the ask, waiting for the bid side to build up and then selling into it. Or better still it encourages others to start buying into the ask in volume and then they can exit a level higher. Someone trying to get share volume to sell into possibly.
Those small buys into 0.014 show AZY up 7.69%. Some retail will see that and not look at the underlying trading activity.
