Firstly I agree Antipa is a prime takeover target. However I disagree that management would not be up to the task to take the operations to production. Of course many at Azy have a strong geology background. However there are members there with project and plant design experience like Gary. Of course when Azy gets to that stage more experienced staff would be crucial and I'm sure it would be a natural progression for the team to grow. Funding is always the hard part. Hence why developing strong relationships with our JV partners is crucial. I guess the point I always come back to is this. If a company offered Antipa 200 million as a takeover bid would you as a shareholder agree. Most would say it is worth a lot more. So why arent you buying at 1.2c? And there is the real problem. There is no liquidity in the market. I bought some more at 1.1c on Friday. No brainer here. Worst case scenario I see is a takeover at 4X.
