greenchange, you will always get the tree shakers especially when they see a dollar is to be made. My guess is that a number of people got bitten very badly after the news release of the sale and the share price did not jump upwards.

Those of us that have held the stocks for sometime and have not panicked will reap the rewards. The manipulators and accumulators in the meantime will continue to try and get their hands on as many shares as they can.

I do not see why AZZ have to confirm to anyone that the sale and settlement is going to schedule. They made the announcement that settlement date was to be 15th December.

Now if there was any change to the date or settlement was not to occur then they would be obligated to inform the stockmarket.

In other words for those worrying, no news is good news.

On the 15th expect an announcement from AZZ that the deal has settled.
