doto - re AZZ sp has not risen over the last 2 yrs , my point was that the whole junior o & g sector has been hammered over the last 2 yrs but AZZ has held or in fact risen in that period.

re the fact that the rise in value of the AZZ assets has not yet been recognized by the market is irrelevant - unless you are a shorter term holder.

JC has long ago put up a plan - to expose the true value of the AZZ assets & to cash them when maximum advantage to himself & other shareholders.

JC is vastly more qualified to choose the time & method of cashing up AZZ assets - than the Lone Star people.. - in my opinion.
