I am a top twenty holder of AZZ and am not too happy with the way the sale process unfolded.
But I am even less enthralled with Lone Star Value.
It would appear Lone Star have bought 5 % and without any discussion with Antares have then announced to the media their planned takeover of the board.
The media release says trust us and after you give us control we will come up with a plan .
What evidence have they provided that they are trustworthy or capable of more.
They have already cost the company time and money.
So far it is a No vote from me.
