Personally if I had a larger holding in Antares, then at the current price @ 67 cents I'd be swapping to the loan notes if they've still @ $2 a unit to buy, that way you get 10% yield in the meantime and if share price does go up, then you'll capture the upside anyway. If this new sale falls through, then you've downside is much more limited (and you can always swap back if the price were to drop into the 40's again.
