Why are they so scared of administration anyways?
They had the market convinced that the asset was worth US$250M.
To get back a return to shareholders, it only needs to sell for more than US$30M (to cover noteholders)?
Every US$17M above US$30M equals a 10c return (ignoring tax, if they can offset against BBEP)
Surely the administrator will get a sale that pays noteholders and equity holders in the fastest manner possible, whilst keeping us informed at all times....
I still believe there is chance we could all get back $0.30 (and without having to wait till 31st of March 2017 and potentially go through this again, and being asked to fork out more via a capital raise to fund the Directors, and risk the leases expiring)....
The Directors knew the equation, in fact they were even given an extra 6 months to finalise a sale.
Appoint the administrators and pay us all out....
