Not sure whats going on here but I think its really sad. This company has played like this for a very long time in my opinion. I am just glad I took my money and ran a long time ago. To think this was a spec Buy on Intelligent Investor for some time - Must say I think its the only company that i know that even after a shareholders meeting approving an asset sale it actually was cancelled by the directors - I never believed it then and I don't believe it now. Really my opinion has always been that the ASX and ASIC should have been given access to all the agreements last year.

Whats happened to aussiehalo - I dont normally feel sorry for investors but I really think he did what most would have done - bought a stock that had a clean sale agreement and was trading below the sale agreement price. No conditions precedent as I understood it ... What more should he have done - I dont know - the risk was the purchaser defaulting as I understand it - even then I would have assumed there were breach clauses in favour of the seller...

So I have learnt a great lesson as well.
