Agree, JC will be fighting to the end I guess to get a good deal for shareholders (including himself), but in answer to the question, IMO AZZG holders should have a very good chance of getting the approx $50m needed to return their funds given the deals we are hoping will complete were said to be worth approx $250m. Even in the hands of a receiver. Shareholders on the other hand, (me included) would as you say, get little or nothing I'd guess.
