Given that the Dawson county leases have little value & the new directors are not engaging in phone conversations etc with existing shareholders to tell them of there real plans for the company going forward.

Your basically taking a blind punt on these new directors creating some value from somewhere. So unless you know them or they have a good trackrecord previously of wealth creation. Its unlikely people are going to invest.

If on the otherhand they were showing you the project or projects that they intend to put into the company, then you might be much more inclined to put your hand in your pocket, especially if it was a project you saw great potential in or understood.
