The directors bought there shares at A$0.0025 (1st placing) & the 2nd placing is at A$0.01.
So yes they got in at the ground floor price.
However they have been involved in trying to sort out the mess for quite some time now.
I know some would prefer the company closed so as to realise tax losses etc. However AZZ has large USA losses that could be useful in the future if they sell something at a significant profit.
