Unfortunately there are a few major floors in your arguement Shrewd...
1st. For your arguement to hold water, even CSG play would be worthless. CSG plays have been some of the biggest movers in the last few years... QGC, AOE etc etc. Some see very smart people take a longer term view.
2nd. You have forgotten about the condensate. Its not just a gas play. 100bb per mmscf from memory.
Whilst you might not be excited, there is at least $10M dollars worth that is.
Maybe a little bit bit more research is required on your part....
BTW, I agree on the silly per share value is wrong, but 26c is way to cheap IMHO.
