what are you talking about? you need to be a holder to buy and you get one free option for each two you buy, so what's this nonsense of it having to be 20 cents? it's a great deal for holders and thank god we have the chance rather than just the 'sophisticated' as they call them. this is how you want a raising to work. all the guys who bought in this range and sold in the 50's / 60's last time were laughing to the bank, and will again. if you know anything about TON you know this is nowhere close to it's true worth, value investing, read up about it.
