    Read in the AFR dated Jan 12th that B&B is planning to increase its stake in JGL to 19.9%.

    But of more interest is that they plan to bid for Qld power company POWERDIRECT . If they are successful my speculation is that they may takeover Jackgreen and spin both companies and others that they have into a power fund.

    Does anyone have a view of a possible takeover of JGL

    Could this be the reason for the shareprice increasing this week
