Personally I think the fact that PL recently bought $100k worth of shares means he's pretty confident that this will all work out just fine!
As it stands right now, I still fail to see one good reason why Xstrata would not want to take up their option. Especially where platinum prices are at and are apparently heading, and that they are wanting to increase their platinum production.
As far as farm ownership issues go, well, NKP have got what they need and that won't change until at least a new court case has even been started, which hasn't happened.
As far as us punters know, NKP are about to explode!
