You said "If Xstrata are going to wait until all ownership challenges are resolved, then we will be waiting for years. End of story."

Ah, YES they will wait. If it takes years then X will wait years. Hopefully all will be resolved much sooner than that, but we all know that argument was put forward strongly on this forum prior to the Constitutional Court case which was to be a non issue.

If anybody thinks X or Anglo will move before ownership is absolutely confirmed then please contact me about a bridge I would like to sell.
