I think if you are looking for a transparent stock and MO stay away ..... doing deals with director private companies stinks if you ask me, disclosure to the market or not. there is only one winner out of that and it ain't us shareholders ..... especially when the business is offshore and we have zero chance of verifying anything. We have to trust the company and we all know where that has lead shareholders up to now.
Their running of ABL was the same and I am still waiting to hear the real story about why brazil went quiet and why the goldies went running or were kicked out (depending on which way you look at it). Personally i would love to see BSN and it's connections off the ABL shareholder registry altogether. Incestuous.
