I've figured it out!
Bonkers is a rebellious automated robot machine installed on the Ford Assembly line to fit hubcaps and is complete with artificial intelligence unit which allows it to respond.
Due to a massive short circuit and flaw in its processor the machine actually believes it is human and scours the internet to post jibberish and undecipherable computer code. The Bonkers machine operates 24 hours a day nonstop to promote a sense of confusion and dissarray.
