B) No I Don't Like Dilution, page-58

The share price is showing strength at the moment which is great, but a sure fire way to weaken it is to issue more shares at the upcoming AGM.
All LTH and MTH need to show an interest in keeping upwards pressure on the price and vote no to issuing directors their outrageous claim for shares. They have given themselves a 2-3 year timeframe (don't remember exactly) for something that will probably take 3 months once the smelters arrive.
If we don't keep them honest they will demand another 45mil shares for next 2 smelters, 45mil for next 2 etc...180milin total or close to 15% of your company, your investment and your future dividends!!
They are doing a reasonable job and deserve adequate remuneration but not an obscene amount of shares.
Get of your butts and vote no to send a message (even if we lose).
