That would be an interesting senario.
For QGC to now hand over all their RPM shares to BOW and accept BOW shares as offered in their place.
Then QCC would own 55% of the combined BOW/RPM companies.
Hmmm..........I wonder if they have thought of that. It's a very cheap entry to BOW's assets as well as RPM's.
I wonder if BOW would go ahead or pull out. It looks to be a very cheap entry and a bit sneakey.
