Chrys, i think this would be grossly unfair to 99% of those who can go out and behave themselves. Why should they and businesses be punished for the 1% of d.ckheads.

People criticise Campbell Newman (Qld Premier), but I like how he is talking about all of this. He doesn't want to make any rash decisions and wants to hear from the 18 to 25 years age group first before making decisions. He also believes it is unfair to punish those who manage to behave.
