Drunken or drug crazed street violence did not happen when I was a teenager. But then, pubs closed at 10pm, "night clubs" were not too common place, even in the capital city, and we were just focused on family, education, good clean fun, sports and girls. Didn't feel the need to be a boozed up bogan who wants to smash people to fuel the ego or compensate for feelings of inadequacy. So, what's gone wrong with society now?
