the minimum expenditure is $200,000 per annum. NST is free carried up until the completion of bankable feasibility study which would cost millions.... if there is anything there UTO will spend the $$$ on it as it is in their best interest to do so... i dont see the downside. given the extremely small market cap of NST the market didnt attribute any value to the U upside anyway!

the way i see it the JV gives NST the opportunity to unlock some U upside for which the market currently attributed a minimal value to.... i would rather have 25% of a known uranium resource than 100% of an undiscovered one!

i think NST could have structed the deal better or done a spin off themselves (like every other company) but i still think some expenditure is better than no or minimal expenditure. i will continue to hold NST
